Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We ordered two cheeseburgers and a Blizzard. We got the Blizzard immediately. We didn't want it first; we wanted to eat the burgers. We waited for the burgers for several minutes. No one brought them to our table. We went up to the front and got them, but they were stone cold. We asked for them to be remade. By the time the burgers were remade, the ice cream melted completely. We ate strawberry mush. We had an awful, rotten experience here.

I am severely disappointed with this store. I’ve been a DQ fan for 30 years, and enjoyed Blizzards around the country, as my favorite dessert place. This location needs some serious improvements. The lines are always long, and it’s always crowded which is awesome for the owners, but they need to do a serious quality control before counting all their money and expecting this business to stick around. I’ve been here 3 times, and this was the last straw. Spent $50 and once again am completely dissatisfied. The Blizzards are $7 and they barely filled them 3/4. I asked them to make sure and stuff them with Oreos, because the last 2 times I barely had any and I am frustrated at the quality… and I barely got a few microscopic specks. The majority was just ice cream. I went back and complained and they said “sorry, we’re just rushed”. If your too busy to make good quality, AND you charge a premium, your business will fail. I am utterly discontent. I need a full refund before I ever go back to this one again. I’ll gladly drive to the valley.

I have no idea why anyone would leave a negative review for this location! We drive almost 30 min all the way across town....we live way up North and won't go to any other Dairy Queen in town. The DQ on 57th is the cleanest and friendliest we've been to! We always get excellent service and hot, delicious food here! Their 2 for $5 Super Snack menu is the best deal! and their ranch is to die for. Everyone who has ever waited on us has gone above and beyond. When we ordered a hot fudge sundae and wanted it at the end of our meal they accidentally brought it out too early. Without hesitation they took it back and brought us a newly made sundae at the end of our meal. We are always greeted with a smile and thanked for coming in as we leave. Tables, floor and everything in the lobby and drink station are always impeccably clean! We won't go to places with rude, incompetent workers-- or anywhere that has awful food. We are extremely picky and if we get bad service, bad food, or feel like we aren't getting quality product for what we pay....we don't go back! DQ on 57th is NOT one of those places! We highly recommend!! Sadly, no photos....the food is always brought out so hot and delicious we can't wait to dig in!
